How Many Sessions Should I Plan On?
The level of your commitment to your success, depends on how much you are willing to put into the process.
Depending on ‘where you are’ i.e., health, mindsets, beliefs, openness and commitment and ‘how far’ you want to go in your life, will determine the amount of time we work together.
Some people want to just clean up their energy so they can feel better, so they will do a package of 3 or 5 sessions.
Other people have specific goals and issues they want to work through, and depending what we find in your energy field will determine how much it will take to reach those goals and resolve those issues.
Everyone is different and we never know until we find out what we are working with.

Healing occurs in layers, and although I have had my share of clients have instant healings, usually you will need to have multiple sessions for your maximum benefit.
How the Sessions Work
- All sessions are preformed ‘remotely.’ This means, you are anywhere in the world and I am in my location.
- We agree upon a date(s) and time(s) that we will have your session.
- During your session you will be as relaxed as possible, laying down. You will either be relaxing awake or we may decide to do the session while you are sleeping. This depends on your preference and my schedule.
- The session lasts for approximately 2 hours which includes: 1 hour session + 45 minutes – 1 hour detailed email feedback describing what happened during the session and emailed to you.
- During the session you may feel different sensations: hot, cold, vibrating, body movement, body sounds, shifting and sometimes a pressure can be felt. This is normal. Some sessions you may feel me working on your intensely, while other sessions it may be very subtle. Every session is different, but regardless of how it feels, there is a lot of work going on.
- At the end of your session, I will send you an email giving you feedback on what happened during the session, what I saw and heard from your ‘healing team,’ and also Divine guidance to help you with insight and even suggestions on what you can do to assist in achieving your desired results. This guidance is an important piece. I show up to do my work, but for full benefit you must also follow through on the feedback guidance. Both of us working on your behalf can create accelerated results and even amazing miracles!
- We usually recommend 1 session every week, however, if there is something you want to move through fast or if you want to accelerate your results, I highly recommend you do the “intensive style” where you do sessions much closer together. I would “tap in” to find out the recommended frequency of the situation. Sometimes it might be every day for 3-7 days or every other day or every 3 days. It just depends on the situation.
- After your energy gets cleaned up to levels where you want to go even deeper, and I mean deeper, then I will recommend you move onto the DNA Reactivations sessions.

- DNA Reactivation Healing (DNA)
The DNA Reactivation Sessions are much more deep and comprehensive. The only way to get to these deeper levels is to do the important clearing in the LAH sessions first. In the DNA sessions we work on levels of your family line – past, present and future, unknown and unknown. These sessions are intriguing, profound and fascinating. They are deeply enhancing to your experience now, and moving forward in more positive and reassured ways.
DNA is who you are! Many deep levels of family issues. are passed onto us from both parent’s family lines (imagine!).
Essentially you are stuck with “premade” energy full of: wonderful or damaging beliefs,

The more clearing you can work through on the LAH session levels, the deeper and more beneficial the DNA Reactivations sessions will be.
Often clients receive up to 20 LAH sessions before the DNA sessions. It’s is all a matter of your own personal goals and what you want out of the experience. We can evaluate the best route for you.
